Last week, we shared with you helpful information on recycling your electronics. Remember – used electronics cannot be placed in many of our dumpster rentals. Ask first before throwing in your electronics! The good news is that you can get paid to recycle your electronics.
PG Mag has put together a helpful Electronics Recycling Superguide. They list recycling services by manufacturer. For example, Apple offers free recycling of your old computer and monitor when you purchase a new computer. Apple also offers free iPod and cell phone recycling – all you have to do is enter your mailing address, and they send you a prepaid mailing label. They even offer you 10% of your iPod purchase if you recycle an old iPod. Meanwhile, Gateway will allow you to trade in your old computer, and save you up to $140. And Toshiba will send you a check in the mail when you recycle any brand of electronic, depending on its trade-in value.
Meanwhile, retailers, such as BestBuy, may charge you a fee for recycling larger electronics, but they will offset the recycling fee with a gift card! Best of all, you can appraise your goods on RadioShack’s website, and if you send them in the condition you stated they were in, you are send a RadioShack gift card immediately!

Oh my god! This guy at work was pretty much indicating to me this same specific detail. Anyways, given that I’m about to quit, I guess I should feed you a hook up. Not many people today know about this, but you can usually get a $1,000 gift card for no cost right now, kind regards of the lazy area supervisor. These guys will do all sorts of things to find additional business!!
